Re: EarthRoamer XV-LT

It's good to hear some others chiming in with some nice things to say about the ER, while they aren't for anyone, they certainly have their place, and clientele. I've checked them out and they are very well built, and yes $$$, SMB could take some cues from them on build quality, however, there is always price point to consider, there is a reason why they are so expensive, well there is the point that SMB's aren't cheap either and sometimes we feel the quality of materials is just not there(particle board?!?). We are always dreaming and mulling over what choices are available for our future when we'll want to spend more time or full time on the road and need more space than the SMB offers, ER would be nice for that and still be a rugged burley beast to get OUT there. Better start saving.....

EarthRoamer XV-LT

Yes on the ER's seeming quite large in person (and yes they are beauties!)...
Eye saw one parked on the coast and parked our van next to it for comparison. Just eyeballing things with our rig's 10ft top-of-roof I'd say the ER was another foot or so higher but looked even more than that due to the cab over.

A previous thread regarding ER, and a lot of people's personal opinions.

That's a good point, because one of my thoughts was you can't really get off grid enough to need the ER capabilities in the states.

Here is a size comparison:

Re: EarthRoamer XV-LT

EC or ER I would have one but they will not fit in my current yard and I would take both to the same place I take the smb
