Missing fridge, missing floor carpet, passenger seat replaced (doesn't match), cabinets are pretty tight to mattress- once bedclothes are in place they might be blocked.
What is the access door next to the rear taillight in pic 4?
Overall looks good to me, seems like a LOT of seat wear for a 35K odo (?)

Yeah, does look like a lot of seat wear, maybe the owner was just fat?
Dunno, but if the mileage is correct, and with the way this is optioned, I would think it is a pretty good deal.

I'm pretty sure I don't have any more parts to replace 
I do have to say it looks like another "interesting project" and if it sits around much longer, I might have to make a move on it. My rig is the subject of much amazement in these parts and I'm thinkin' I could make a little ol' profit if I can buy 'em right

I don't know how low Deric will go. That beast has been on eBay at least 4 times with a total of 17 offers and it is still there. In fact someone stole the eBay photos and info and was trying to scam it for $13K on Kijiji.
I bet he's pretty firm.
