Folding/fold away seats

Saw this on my local CL. Could be useful to anyone looking for some versatility when it comes to cargo capability and seating. Doesnt look like the seat belts are built in but should be able to mount them I would think.

Toyota Previas had seats that folded similar to this. They were great. So much better than fold down seats because you didn't have to get everything of the floor to fold the seats.
