If it has been for sale for at least 2 years then the owner may have changed their mind over time or it isn't priced correctly for the age and condition.

We had a 1965 Chevy van that had sentimental value to us, I remember a buyer being told no to a reduced price and that we didn't care if we sold it or not. He bought it after being told that. Could be sentimental reasons, too.

Re: Ford 2003 Sportsmobile - (Fountain Valley)

I was interested in this van a month or so ago. It was what I thought I wanted, but after doing some research in the cost of adding the other things I would want (sink, fridge, 2nd row captains chairs), it was getting a little too pricey for me.

To anyone who is interested in this SMB, the owner seems nice and willing to work with you. As an FYI, there are no other seatbelts other than the front two.

I looked at the pictures. For this van, someone need the skills and time for a DYI project along with the tools and space and being good at finding what you need. We converted the old van that we had to camper with stove, icebox and sink from a wrecked tent trailer which we bartered off and a pair of Toyota bucket seats that we didn't pay much for. The slide in truck camper that we repaired was given to us and most of the materials that we needed were bought at the lumberyard and along with scraps that a contractor friend gave us. We had the tools and the space needed because of our business and it's usually slow in the winter unless there is a lot of snow in which case we see a lot of broken snow removal equipment.
