Is the tire rack taken off of an Aluminess bumper? I haven't seen a stand alone tire rack with three mounting points on the vertical tube.

It's Aluminess, but not from their stand alone carrier. It's made for the the Aluminess bumper combo - person I got it from was swapping out for a different wheel bolt pattern but I am no longer going to use it..Thanks
