Maybe. If maintained. But to get there will probably require new injectors x 2, and lots of stuff that "hangs off" the motor!

Like most engines, the engine block can go nearly an unlimited amount of miles (well most can still be bored at least twice) by replacing just about everything else, so in essence just about any engine can be a million mile engine.

Do I think most engines can realistically go a million miles? No. Do I think most 7.3 engines will make it to a million miles? No.

SMB-less as of 02/04/2012. Our savings account is richer, but our adventures are poorer.

It's gone anyway, ended auction early which usually means sold locally. With that rust around the windshield I can't imagine what else lurks. Best of luck to the new owner.
