Clean Title and clean carfax

Needs a little TLC but is ready for adventure as is.

New Front Grill and front bumper are on order and will be installed.
There are light scratches and chips and could use a good buffing. The Pop-top is
in excellent shape.

Things I would do if I was keeping-
1-New Shocks and steering stabilizer.(these may be done in the next few weeks)
2-Raptor Spray the pop-top and lower panels of the van.
3-Repair Sink and fridge.
4-Rust spots on passenger side fender, and propane access door.
