Wow----just wow!

But yeah would love to know the behind-the-scenes story of CarringB's photos. Looks to be a rather ingenious use of construction-type portable scaffolding---nice concept really though for spectating.

Not sure if the tires are very oversized but the suspension on the Craigslist van looks a bit compressed, as though its under a severe load.

But it is indeed "fully decked out" so no false advertising there.
