While perusing a local junkyard this weekend I saw a 1999 E250 EB Ford van with a decent-looking gaucho seat/bed. I talked to the junkyard owner and he's not willing to ship, but if anyone local is willing to drive a bit I bet it would go for pretty cheap. It's a small junkyard and the guys there are pretty good with prices. A pic is attached. This van was a home-built camper, and there is also a good sized plastic water tank in the back (hidden behind a plywood wall on the side) as well as four black 8-bolt rims (also pictured).

By the way, "Bus Depot," the VW Westy supplier, is right down the street, in case you want to make an accessories run to them, too.
Tell them it's in a 99 E250 van that's black or dark blue and they probably will know what you're talking about. I got a chrome step bumper off of it on Saturday and it's already on my van.
