I just ordered a package deal from Alfredo. I was emailing with him for a few weeks about this deal as I wanted some customization. All in all it was over 70 emails and a couple phone calls. Alfredo was always quick to respond and open to ideas about customization. So far I can't speak highly enough of him and his professionalism. I patiently waiting for my FCI Metalworks bumpers and side steps. I'll post pics when I get them installed.
Well sadly this didn't work out for me. After sending some money the communication was almost non existent. I was told I would receive drawings and pics on a couple different occasions but didn't receive anything. I did speak to him on the phone a couple times but each time I had to remind Alfredo exactly what I had ordered. He gave me a timeline of 2 weeks. I spoke with him at the end of the 3rd week and he said everything was almost complete except a storage box. I told him cool send me some pics. I never received the pics or the shipping information. I traded emails with a couple other guys that have stuff on order and their experience has been similar.
I understand he was moving shops and getting slammed with orders but the drop off in communication and failure to provide what he said he would, has caused me to cancel my order.
Same deal here. I ordered the front and rear bumpers. He originally said they would be ready by March 5th. His last email to me was March 9th. I've sent one email a week over the last three weeks to get an update. I called him and sent a text today. His voicemail is full.
Wow..... Sorry to hear that because I almost worked out a deal with Alfredo. I just got really busy with work and never got around to ordering them. The last time we spoke on text was March 6th. Hopefully he is okay and will make good on his commitments to those who have ordered and paid for his bumpers.
