These are all over NoCal and CenCal. It comes from a company that rents them out, mostly to city dwellers that want a quick camping vehicle. It is called Jucy Rentals.

Their used ones are popping up at RV dealers now. This is the second one I saw. Seems a little overpriced for the year/mileage, but could be a nice option for someone who doesn't want a full-sized van.
