I've seen that one. Looks pretty beat up on the body panels so beware. I'd find out if it lived its life in Alaskan oil fields if I were the buyer and get a good look underneath. Otherwise, could be a pretty inexpensive way to get into a 1 ton 4x4 van with a solid motor.

Those oil fields are tough on rigs.

Very. Mine only spent a couple months there before it was shipped back down here and I bought it. I can’t imagine any real period of time there given the amount of mud and dirt and rocks that were still in the frame when I got it home.

I used to work for a company that made underbody/tire washes for trucks, to avoid tracking mud out onto roads. High pressure, recycled water type stuff. We demo'd one at an oilfield company. They drove one of their pickup trucks in, drove onto the wash, and suddenly there's spray INSIDE the cab and the driver gets drenched...turned out the mud was the only thing holding the floor pans together...

Assumptions aside, that one has a desireable combination (to me) of 6L gasser, crewcab door setup, 3/4 ton, and quigley 4x4 (much more stout than the OEM Awd setups.) Even with 220k, that price seems pretty reasonable. If I had come across something like that when I was in the market, I'd probably have bought it.
