Looks like nice potential.
I like the narrow ambo box on this (at least it looks like it).

At CCV we have done custom pop tops on Ambo's and other non van based rigs.

Interesting going to all the effort to have something that only pops up maybe 20" above closed. Have it go up 38" and have the option for a nice bed and be able to walk around underneath.

Nice design of the top, it looks like they cut the original top and used that for the cap. Doable with proper reinforcing of the wall perimeters and a cross brace forward and aft.

Also interesting in that if it was originally an ambo, there either weren't rear ambo doors, or they removed them.
