A 3M "Stripe Off" wheel can be useful (on "sticker" type stripes). It's sort of like a giant eraser wheel that you chuck into a drill.

I believe Pleasure-Way makes their own tops, but that they originally copied GTRV's design (the GTRV Yahoo! Group had been fairly critical of Pleasure-Way in the past).
So, same top, two different manufacturers. Pleasure-Way sells the complete package, whereas GTRV will do custom work, including just the top if that is all you want. GTRV also has a production facility in Sebastopol, CA now.
Cheers,
Brent

And GTRV copied Westfalia, even down to calling their van a "Westy," so all's fair, I guess!
