The photos show an Onan generator so that part is correct. At 7Kw though that's one bigass mother.

Given this van's Gov't use having the Onan on-board makes a lot of sense. Also that it was a C&C vehicle suggests it was VERY well maintained, probably checked before every event where it would be present.

This is a nice unit, but it's way over priced. Yes low miles, but still not worth the $31k tag.
Reduce it by 10K and then they're in the ball park.
