Re: Provan Tiger CX - 2002 GMC 3500 CrewCab 4x4 DIESEL RV
That's a pretty sweet rig, but I wonder why they wouldn't stretch the cab bed all the way over the cab giving you a bigger bed? Seems like a waste of space.
Cool nonetheless

Pic shows the Tiger body on a crew-cab pickup. You can get them on standard, extended, or crew-cab models, but the body is the same. On a standard cab, the overhead does completely fill the over-cab area.

Ah, I figured they made more than one fiberblass shell, as most RV manufacturers do. Thanks

That's nothing, check this one out instead. Gorgeous rig, including the interior. Price tag, not so gorgeous.

Re: Provan Tiger CX - 2002 GMC 3500 CrewCab 4x4 DIESEL RV
Hello,
Just an FYI- something that's not readily apparent from the pictures, but becomes painfully obvious in person is that it is extremely difficult to move from front seats to the coach on the extended-cab/crew-cab versions …especially with rear seats. It involves a lot of gymnastics and crawling. Kids or dogs might have an easier time of it though.
In my opinion, these are truck campers on steroids with the disadvantage of not being able to detach the coach. Personally, I would always go outside to move from coach to cab unless there was some kind of emergency situation.
To say something nice.... They do have really nice coach layouts. And the newer one I saw was beautiful with very high quality components that seemed well put together. Think of it as more truck camper than Class B though.

Re: Provan Tiger CX - 2002 GMC 3500 CrewCab 4x4 DIESEL RV
The extended-cab Chevy version we drove last year wasn't too bad in terms of cab to coach access. There is a hump in the middle of the floor between the seats that doesn't help the situation, though. I can see with a second row of seats in crew-cab it could turn into a bit of a tunnel.

But just think how great it would be to put two infant car seats in that second row of the crew cab?
Not that I'm thinking of anyone on this forum?

P.S. I love that bamboo flooring and bamboo cabinetry.
