I think that's called 'rental for life'. I'd guess they're not going to be around for a while, or they need some cash, so throw them an offer, you never know.

Nice rig. As a lessor a slight eff up by the lessee mechanically or cosmetically would be $2k easy if not more. Economics aren't there for me as a lessor not sure how they are justifying this rental biz venture.

I'm sure the Lessee (Renter) would be on the hook for any damage caused by them, by accident or neglect. People rent Motor Homes all the time...

Interesting that it has Wyoming license plates (with one picture showing an Alaskan plate on the front). I'd guess that they're snowbirds and want the $ to offset renting a place through the winter in Phx.

It's got a WY in front on the dirt pic toward the end. Good catch on the AK plate though- picking it up in Anchorage would save like $2000 in gas alone just getting to an AK trip for me... I wonder if they'll deliver. Plus I've always wanted to jump an SMB. Youtube here we come.

Re: SMB rental - not mine

Four month minimum rental? Sounds like the wife had some sort of crazy idea the dude could'nt talk her out of and threw in the four month minimum to make sure no one took his baby away. Would it be mean to call them up with a thick German accent and try to rent it for say six months?
