SOLD: 02 eb50 4x4 v10

SOLD . So I started this ad three times and deleted it in my reluctance to sell this van. Health issues have forced me to sell this van as it is not practical for my wife and I anymore unfortunately. It is a 2002 EB 50 four-wheel-drive sports Mobile (Quigley) with a V 10 and just over 91,000 miles. I don’t know how many pictures it will allow me but contact me with your email address and I will send all that I have and all that you want. In the last three years I added an extra house battery for another 100 amp hours added. I have changed every light inside and out to LED. We added the top rack with ladders on both sides. New Bildtein shocks. New audio video made by pioneer. I added car hoop steps and install lighting that comes on in the dark when the door is open or the key fob is pressed. It has ARB awning that also includes a 10 x 10 tent room that attaches to the awning to make an additional room onto the side of the van. The last picture is the exact model of tent that attaches to the awning. Obviously that’s not the sport Mobile in the picture. I did not want to take the time to set it back up but is only been used one time since purchased more than two years ago. It also has a back up camera. It has Porta potty. All the canvas is in good shape although a tad dirty just like the van right now. That’s Oklahoma weather this time of year!. It has brand new air conditioner condenser fans. Microwave refrigerator 10 gallon freshwater I believe 6 gallon gray water, propane heater, front and rear air. I also had my daughter make black out curtains as we spend a lot of time at concerts and normally there’s outside lighting that is intrusive. The curtains are fairly primitive looking but they work perfectly as I installed snaps on each window as well.I have a picture of one installed if you would like to see. A couple of bad things about the van and I included a picture, the original owner had a sticker on the side with a number that has proven difficult to buff out of the driver side. I purchased this van from family members a few years ago and they had left it sitting in the drive neglected. There is one hole in the cloth trim on the deck of the pop-up from rodents. There’s no issue with rodents now as I took the van apart piece by piece and cleaned it out when I first bought it. I’ll be happy to send a picture of it. And also the trim that finishes out the edge of the cabinets has shrunk over the years and pulled away some white. I never replaced it. I removed the flexible solar panels as they quit working. It still has all the hook ups but I did not reinstall any solar panels. It was my intention to do this spring but I never did it before my health issues. This van is loaded with all of the options available on the EB 50. The front and back bumpers are Road armor. There are some added extras that I will include with it such as stackable leveling blocks, jumper cables, extra water hose, things like that I’m sure there’s more. All of these are stored in the spare tire cover that is called a Joey. Look it up it’s awesome it has storage pockets. The oversize tires have less than 12,000 miles on them. Anything specific you have to ask I’ll be glad to answer either on this thread or PM me.
Asking price is $57,500.
If this price seems way out of line I am willing to listen to any advice although I have kept close eye onThe sportsMobile market in the last four months since my health deteriorated. I live in Northeast Oklahoma about 20 miles from Tulsa international airport if that helps any.
Thanks for looking

Nice Van, and well equipped - from the pic's it looks in goof shape...I don't think you're out of line on your initial asking price. GLWS

Anyone have any idea how to edit this post? The edit button has disappeared and it is back on the market as the buyer changed his mind.
