I think the price is driven in part by the relatively recent SMB conversion. That's the downside to having a conversion completed on an older van, the converted van will seem over-priced based on the van's model year.
There've been a few discussions about Advanced 4x4 conversions. Some people swear by them, some swear at them. At a minimum, I would make sure the front axle is a Dana 60. Overall the van has a lot of nice features, but if I were in the market and looking at this van, I would offer between $40-45K, assuming it does have the Dana 60 front axle. If it had a Dana 44 or Dana 50 (both of which I think are under-spec'd for a conversion, let alone a diesel conversion), I would offer $35K and spend the money to upgrade the front axle.
The mileage wouldn't concern me, though I would get the VIN and see if you can find someone to run an Oasis report. Oasis is Ford's internal repair work management system and should show what work has been done to the van at any Ford delership. It's become much harder to find someone to run an Oasis report, so this may be a challenge unless you have a good relationship with a Ford service tech, or find the right forum where a Ford tech may be in the mood to help.
