Edmunds values an '03 Express AWD in Portland at $6,429. That assumes average milaege (10k/yr) so this one may be worth less as a cargo van.
I think fair market value is only slightly above the base cargo van, since the "camper" part of it looks like mostly drop-in Home Depot bits and pieces. Not that that's bad, I just don't think there's much resale value in a package like that. I also don't see even basic upgrades like rear HVAC. I think about the only thing with any resale value is the fridge. Of course, I may be jumping to unnecessary conclusions based on the low-res pics. But those sure like Sterilite drawer units holding up the mattress.
Edmunds also rates the engine with a Red X for Reliability, which means "Significant Problems".
