I think you are low on price for all that you have assembled.

Members, I have seen this build, and it is an exceptional buy at his price
Thanks Marc, I appreciate it. I'm trying to strike a balance pricewise with what I have done and how many miles are on the van. Many people won't look past 150k whether it has a new engine or not. Anyway, I'd prefer to not sit on it all winter but if I do I do.

tags fixed, thanks Brian

OK, lead pic fixed now too, but I still need a better and fresh one. No time today.

I've posted on:
Craigslist
Expo forums
Ford Truck Enthusiast forums
here

plan to look in to some of the 'free' RV classifieds

Where else should I post?

Here? You mean a cross-post link to a Craigslist ad? You can do better than that.

When it sells, and I'd guess it will sell soon, all reference to the ad will be gone.

Re: Sweet CCV pop top van on CL!

Esmi2 posted a link to my loonnngg build thread where I have tried/experimented with several different things on my van. That is fine and I know it helps some people see more of what I've built, but the only problem is it also includes several things that aren't for sale or included with the van. I am negotiable on some of these items, but I guess the easiest way is to look at the ad and see it AS IS for the price listed, minus the generator.
I didn't want to go on and on in the ad and confuse anyone further, but several things can be negotiable. For instance, if you had no need for roof air I could remove it and put a 2nd vent in the roof (the hole is the same size) and that would knock $500 off of the price. I am not getting out of the van world. I have a 2nd van currently and another floor plan I've always wanted to build, so I was trying to find a balance between keeping some stuff I need and letting some stuff go with it.

What you may have noticed in my build which is NOT included:
front and rear hitches (If you need a rear hitch I can find you one and have it installed before van is purchased)
brake controller (same as above)
generator (unless you want to buy the whole box, generator setup installed)
Yakima tracks included but roof bars and rack are not (but are negotiable)
Scanguage
Ipad mount

As for the rear layout, the dinette pictured in the ad with table, etc. is available but not currently in the van. If you follow my build to the end you can see that I recently replaced it with a raised bed providing much more rear interior storage, but no dinette. We prefer this setup but I could include either, or both.

I hope this helps clear up any confusion,
Eric
