It's an old one ('76) but very low mileage at around 40,000 miles and on propane from factory. Good thing they refreshed the interior. And at less than $5000 us, there should be plenty of cash to spend the winter in Baja http://vancouver.craigslist.ca/pml/rvs/5050653727.html
