One heck of a high top. Good for someone very tall and it does have upper sleeping. Not so sure about the makeshift appliances, especially the rusty propane tank being stored inside the van. You'd think the dealer would take that out for liability reasons.

Looks like someone did a real nice job cutting the top off a mini van and grafting it to a E150

Pretty sure that's a Nissan Quest (Ford-built generation) parked up there.


I think it looks decent, and the interior looks cleaner than a lot of fiberglass top conversions.
