Sure, why not use a bunch of other over-priced SMBs as comps. I'll have to remember that strategy.

Re: This one is only $100K......

I saw that recently. If it sells for anywhere near a hundo then I would bet you will see a bunch of rigs for sale pretty soon after that.

There is also one on the SMB site under used I believe that is in OBX, NC for like 110 or 120.

I wonder sometimes the thinking behind the price points. I would assume they are factoring in the 8 month to a year wait list time to get one built and think it's worth more a pretty hefty markup.

I have never seen so much crap on one of these rigs. If he drove that thing down the narrow logging roads where we take ours you would come home with more than a few pine branches wedged in. Whats with the solar panel being covered up as well?

The fact Ford is stopping the van production is driving this somewhat. The question is not should I list for $110K now, but could I get $180 in two years when there is no wait list because there are no more Ford vans...

Pretty sure it'll go for that (or a little less). I'm not sure what it would take to get me to sell mine... a passenger Transit passed my house today, and a little tear rolled down my cheek

Maybe we will see the Fords go like the Vanagons. No reason to be upset unless you don't have one yet or sold yours. I certainly like the way the market is going since I OWN a 2007 RB50. Like Real Estate, let the market determine the value. When I purchased my New Sportsmobile I had to PAY MARKET value.

Trust me, I'm not arguing with that asking price. That Picasso went for 173 million the other day so anything is possible.

I agree: I'm glad we already are in one and it will do nothing but help the resale should we ever decide to part ways.
