With the 4.30 gears it runs nice.

It is a super clean rig with lots of expensive bling. If you don't plan to build out the interior or convert to 4wd, being a 150 may not be a big deal. You could make an offer, and if you get it, would only spend a little more than what the bumpers, winch, wheels, tires, rack and other accessories would cost you.

Good eye Larrie. I've never seen a roof rack mounted like that. I wouldn't want to put over 100# on an E-series rack that isn't supported on the gutters. That's where all the strength is.
I'm going to depart from the group here on price. I think it's a decent deal at 19k and a super deal at 17k. Here's why. All that Aluminess and a nice custom roof rack and ladder, and all done already. Nice wheels and tires. There's $10k right there. On top of that a clean E-series in a really great color with a loaded interior. If it has the 5.4 and you're going to convert it you'll be changing all the e150 underneath to e350 equivalent anyway. You'll have a really nice, capable van for 30k, give or take. Seems like a deal to me.

Nice looking rig.
On a side note...I really dig the grill on that van.

I have to agree with A/T and 86Scotty on this one. That’s a lot of nice expensive accessories on a very clean van, I’d put it right around the $17-$17,500 mark at a pretty good deal. E150 bits are really just the springs, can be or already have been swapped out with the lift kit, or just blocks?

It's more than just the springs; it's the frame. Maximum side rail section, section modulus and yield strength are lowest on 150 and highest on 350, with 250 in between.

I had no idea that the frame sections changed between vehicle load ratings for the same body. Do you have a beam section information on this? I am curious how Ford did such a thing. I can see boxing in C-Beam portions..but the actual formed frame member...wow
thanks

Gotta agree with Scotty! Few opinion points! LOW ball at 15k and go to 17K the acces. are nice touch and savings of around 6k low, condition in the 7-9 out of 10, . The 5.4 although great motor , not for that potential weight addition! The motor & axles New axles is the best with rear 60-70 at $300.00 to $1000.00 if geared correctly, front $800.00 to $2000.00 same. T-case pick a part $150.00 or $800.00 used good cond. to $2400.00 new. I do not agree with others about the rack it is not an issue you can mount to your pop top or top without the front valance. The 5.4 for a pop and added interior ???????????? GO SLOW! AWesome color! If you need a top I am near that van and have two new RB tops for sale! If you want an EB 2002 4x4 with 120k and a 7.3 lifted on 35's 4 link bumpers, front roof rack ect... for that 20k call me!
