This was for sale for a while in Washington State near Seattle, as best I remember... even though it's listed as being for sale in Salem. Not sure I buy the "Owned by the local gov't" story- the one in Seattle also had 76K mi, also had all of the rear interior seats removed, etc, etc. The pictures are different, the van and price seem identical.
