2013 E350 Electrical issue. HELP NEEDED.

I am new to the forum and it was recommended by a current member as a good place to ask a few diagnosis questions.

I have a 2013 E350 XLT Super Duty with AdvanceTrac.

The van currently has the following issues.
-No lights inside or out
-No power windows
-No power locks
-No radio
-Shift lock interrupter is not working when brake is applied
-Has Service "Advencetrac" message on dash
-The BRAKE ABS and TRAC lights are all on in the instrument cluster.

Check engine light is on.

Current codes are:
P0155 O2 B2S1 HEATER CIRCUIT
P1288 CHT SENSOR OUT OF SELF TEST RANGE
P1703 BRAKE SWITCH OUT OF SELF TEST RANGE
P1780 TRANS CONTROL SWITCH O/D CIRCUIT OUT OF SELF TEST RANGE
C2806 TRAILER BRAKE OUTPUT CIRCUIT SHORT TO BATTERY VOLTAGE

On the scanner I can see the brake switch working ON and OFF on live data.
Same for Over Drive switch.

My question is does the instrument cluster control the accessory relay?
If the cluster failed could it cause all these issues?

Im at a loss. No fuses are blown and Ive wiggle tested the harness as well as cleaned and re connected all plugs.

Van spent a lot of time in the Atacama Desert and then this issue started when it arrived to the south of Chile.

Ford Chile will not accept the Van to work on it. So no help from Ford.

Any help is appreciated. Thank you, Daniel

What's your battery voltage while running?

If that checks out, you probably burned up a fusible link coming off the battery. Also check the lugs connecting alternator power to the power distribution box in case a nut came loose.

Copy I will check the fusible link and see how it looks. I did check the fuse box under the hood and all fuses are good and the power wire is tight.

Its a tough diag for me. Getting beat down on this one.

Any luck yet?

Another thought I had, since once of your codes is the P2608 codes.... I'd give a main chassis wire harness a good visual inspection, if you haven't already inspected the harness under the van. Especially in the area where is dives down from to the driver's side frame rail. Make sure nothing has smashed the wire harness (rock, etc. or even rodent damage!). It's pretty tight in there, so it's one of the more susceptible places for damage.

If the harness looks fine, next step I'd look at is all connectors. Especially the large bolted connecters where they enter the firewall. The firewall connector could definitely trigger all of those codes, because the trailer tow circuit enter there for the brake controller.

I would not suspect a bad cluster. The windows and stuff could be caused by a failed BCM, but I don't think that would cause the ABS system fault.

Good luck and keep us posted!

The only reason I suspected a bad cluster is because I read a lot of info about F series guys are having failed clusters causing all the same issues. Mainly because the accessory relay is somehow controlled by the cluster.

I have wiggle tested and inspected the harness under the dash as well as in the engine bay. I have not looked under the truck to inspect harness there. That should be done I agree. I also have not checked the bolted connector in the engine bay.

All good thoughts, Thank you.

Garage
I'd also check the ground strap between the engine and frame. I don't know where it is on these vans, but if it's missing you can have a lot of strange problems.

If you're not sure you can just add one, there's no harm in having more than one.
