The van is his work van. I don't think his miles/day are unusual for an expeditor. He just keeps his van longer than most.

Surprised he had any time to do any maintenance.
I poked around his site and came to the conclusion that his spark plugs were replaced around 200,000 miles on average. Weather they needed it or not . It actually blew its first plug somewhere over a million. I think its one of the first 5.4's as well.

If you go on the Ford truck enthusiasts forum, you can find dozens of Triton motors that have gone over the 300K mark, many a lot further, without much more than oil and filter changes.
