On eBay. I've gotten them for under $25 delivered. Search for FD-4606 for van specific fuel filters.

Does that include both the under frame and engine filters? Are they Motorcraft or knockoffs? If yes, that is a smoking deal. I've been buying my filters from http://www.dieselfiltersonline.com. Still a lot less expensive than purchasing from the dealership. The FD-4606 fuel filters (includes both) is $47.09. They also carry the air filter (FA-1804 for the 6.0) for $21.95. Both filters, Motorcraft, in the box. I wouldn't touch most of the aftermarket fuel filters.
