Ok...This is like the 5th time I've been through these harnesses but today is a milestone. I have the engine, trans and transfer case wiring harnesses integrated into one clean group of wires. Three connectors will tie into the main chassis harness (the one under the hood with the battery junction box).
About 20 wires in one connector to terminate, 6 in another and 12 in the final one and I'll be ready to power up circuits! Once I verify all the connections, I'll wrap it up nice and add in some clips and tie down points.

That was definitely a solid 30 minute job I'm sure.
I used to be scared of wiring and then I re wired a VW bug and now I have a little more confidence. Those things are stupid simple so I don't feel like it was a huge accomplishment but I'm sure it was similar to this...

I fear wire looms. I actually like automotive electronics but looking at that scares me. I prefer a red wire for positive and a black for negative and then my new van widget comes to life.

The harness looks great MG! Like rainbow spaghetti! I'm seeing lots of hours (at least 20) on Fummins type forums, Allison wiring diagrams, Cummins diagrams, test fitting all on Ford frame and body, color coding and labeling, etc. I like to add about 10% to all necessary lengths before wrapping. It seems to offset that mysterious shrinkage that happens after wrapping! Been a while since I made one for a stock vehicle, but nothing gets my OCD flared up like the thought of forgetting a wire, label, or connection! OCD is what my wife calls it, but I don't consider it a disorder! Then again, she wouldn't lay under a van for hours at a time either!
