I really thought a Cummins would be too long to get any kind of radiator in there. This van is amazing.

Getting too close to road-worthiness to play around with practice panels.... Today was the real deal.

Point of no return...

Oh bummer... the paint lifted. Oh well, I have new doors to paint too so it will get touched up soon.

Fits like a glove, minimal distortion of the panel (even on a black van, it doesn't look like the dies jacked up anything)

The inner sheetmetal needs a little trimming then I'll bond it in place. I'll be able to put fuel in the van now, woo hoo!

Cool. Can you post a pic of the inner structure and filler to tank?

Like removing the entire power train?

That might cause some restless nights.

The Cummins van gets closer to roadworthy every day. I took a moment to snap some pics of the underside of the van while it is still clean.

I love working with new parts!!!! everything goes together so nice!

Hang in there loyal followers! We are soooooooo close!!!
