We have lift off!!!

Special thanks to Jsweezy for dropping by and helping with the fuel tank and stubborn body bolts. 4 of 14 seized up and had to be cut.

Things sure are easy to work on with no body in the way!

Anyone interested in a 23K miles 5.4L? How about the trans? Transfer case? Seriously...I have no room for any of this stuff.

I'm surprised the body bolts were that bad, your frame looks immaculate!

Body bolts are uncoated so they rust fast. I tried wire brushing them first and they still locked up due to galled threads.

Trans is the 4R75E with the Quadvan t-case adapter (essentially a 2wd trans)

Transfer case is a NV271, new style housing.
