We're also doing a lot of engine work these days. I have a full 6.0 upgrade that tackles all of the common issues and helps prevent failures down the road. We've done 5 in the last few months, the system is working great.

We delete the EGR cooler, clean the turbo, replace the turbo outlet hose, Clean the intake and replace the gaskets, change the coolant, fuel pressure regulator spring & filters. Add an EGT gauge that is mounted in the dash as well as a Scangauge to monitor a few vitals. And...... a custom tuner that adds some power and shuts down the EGR valve!
