A vacuum pump can be bought with be pulley. I recently bought one from o'reillys thinking my vacuum pump pulley was squealing, but it was not. However O'Reilly's auto-parts had a lifetime warranty on the vacuum pump. Hence I kept my old vacuum pump as a backup considering I now have a lifetime warranty. The brand was "cardone". I'm sure rockauto.com also has an assortment.

Thanks, that is good to know. The pulley is impossible to remove and replace with the right tools.
