My sister in law had an intermittent fuel pump in a Honda Accord. It went on and off as if on a switch without warning. I went through the manual's diagnostic procedure and found it on the first try, thinking I must have done it wrong, I tried it again and it never presented until she drove away.

I have a new Motorcraft fuel pump ready to be installed. Just waiting on some better weather, when I'm not working and don't have anything better to do. Anybody have any tips on how to make this job easier. I plan on running most of the gas out of it first.
I got my new fuel pump installed this week. I decided I wasn't up to the task so I had my favorite repair shop do the work. When I got home I crawled under the van to make sure everything looked good and noticed oil spots on the front side of the rear axle. I have leak somewhere. Looks like its coming from the bellhousing. Its engine oil so I'm guessing its the rear main seal. It is always something... I've never been a fan of stop leak products but has anybody used this stuff with any success? Its not a daily driver so maybe I can put off another repair for a while.

Bars-Leak Rear Main Seal Repair actually does work. I've put it in a couple customer's car because they were not able to afford seal replacement. Both vehicles were still leak free last I saw them.
