Question adjustable track bar with heim or rod ends (at least 43-inches center-to-center)?

does anyone have a lead on a heavy-duty adjustable track bar with heims / rod ends for a 2006 SMB E350?
the existing track bar is non-adjustable and has bushings at each end.
we're going to lift the suspension 1-2 inches in the near future and will need a longer track bar that is adjustable.

adjustable track bar with heim or rod ends (at least 43-inches center-to-center)?

I had to replace the Quigley bar, couldn’t find new bushings for it so had a new one built recently at a shop that was able to get one fab’d up in Vegas with adjustable ends. Try to find a local shop that either does fab work or can have one made. Mine needed specific bends put in for clearance on the front diff, so not sure a generic one like the one referenced above will work.

If you need one made try a serious off road Jeep shop.

I bought spherical rod ends from speedwaymotors.com and a thick walled steel tube (1" OD x 1/4" wall I think) from Mcmaster.com and drilled and tapped threads in the tube for 5/8" rod end threads....or maybe they were 3/4" threads...can't remember.

I considered going larger on the tubing diameter but the one I took off was smaller and the max capacity in my lathe is 1"..........works great. I needed a longer/adjustable track bar with rod ends because I moved my front axle forward 1".

found a solution

found a solution at WFOconcepts ... 1.25-inch OD DOM tubing that is cut-to-length and tapped with threads = https://www.wfoconcepts.com/pr/Custo...3163/4295/3707

add in some rod ends +jam nuts +misalignment spacers - https://www.wfoconcepts.com/cr/7-8-x...199/3260/19418

the new track bar should be here next week.
