capitalism at its finest. Now someone needs to sue them over the modular engines blowing spark plugs. Ford denies there was any problem with the design and blames owners.

That problem of blown spark plugs is so over blown and whined about as being an intentional design flaw that Ford should have warrantied for just about forever. I agree its a huge hassle and perhaps unnecessarily costly when it happens but its hardly an issue that warrants a class action suit.

The problem does come down to faulty installation typically at the factory. Along with a very low torque specification where the plugs would work loose and be ejected from that.

I've also talked with and read about "mechanics" who don't think adhering to spark plug torque specs so that adds to the problem. Do keep in mind it was discovered after a while any modular motor would benefit by increasing spark plug torque to about 25 ft/lbs---that seems to pretty much eliminate any further issues.

Good news for the 6.0 owners perhaps. I can't imagine the nightmare those are to own and operate---not to mention fund.
