Atlas Transfer case oil change question

Forgive me in advance if this is a dumb question, but I searched the forums and can't seem to find the info I need so here I go.

I have the pictured Atlas transfer case in my new to me 2014 Ford E350eb SMB.

Most of the other folks posting here about their Atlas seem to have a clear tube on theirs that let's them monitor the oil level and its also used to fill the tcase. I don't have that tube on mine and the case i have looks a little different than the ones who've shared their pics before. Who can tell me if the plug I've pointed out with the red arrow, is the fill plug or not? I've ordered 2 quarts of Redline MT-90 to put in as it sounds like that is what Advanced Adaptors recommends today (which is different than what the original paperwork recommended back in 2014).

It also sounds like the t-case fluid should be changed every 10-15k. Unsure if the P.O. did it or if so at what interval so I figure it's something to start a new baseline with to avoid issues.

Any help or advice is much appreciated and thanks!

You are correct, that is the fill plug.
