Can you help ID this tranny?

This is on my 2001 E350 ambo (7.3) I'd like to confirm if this tranny has been remanufactured as indicated on the plate and if its the HD one? Any info would be great!

Googling on the 3rd set of numbers on your tag, it appears to be a 4R100HD out of a 2001-2003 E350.

So that's good news. I'm new to the Ford scene but read somewhere that a HD version was available and way superior to the standard one... But I don't always believe what I read! Hahaha

The HD version came with all the diesels and V10, while the 5.4L got the regular version.

And I guess it's been rebuilt or remanufactured. I have no idea when it was done but can't be a bad thing...

Since it is a Ford reman. part it was probably installed at a Ford dealer. Should be able to get a report detailing it.
