I hear a noise on the passenger side of my engine when it's very cold and I do a cold start. Seems to go away after it warms up. 99 5.4 61k maybe just a noisy engine?

That's most likely a small manifold leak which seals itself when it warms up. You'll know that's what it is if it gets worse and louder. Sometimes engines can do that for years and years without getting worse though.
