As long as its an engine from the Modular Motor's family they are applicable. Those motors were available in V8's as the 4.6 & 5.4 liter versions, the V10's being 6.8. They do share many features like general head design and so spark plug torque can be set pretty much the same across that entire family regardless of CID.

Along with spark plugs its pretty much necessary to inspect and change the boots at the same time. Too many instances of misfires and rough idling have been attributed to those pesky parts---at about $5 each for NAPA/Belden USA made boots its just smart to replace them as needed.
