Question Ford Dealer 50k Mile Maintenance

I have a 2010 E350 6.0 PSD 4x4 with Amsoil that I had bulletproofed about 3 months ago. At this point there are no engine issues I know of. I'm the second owner and unfortunately don't have a great knowledge of what the original owner did maintenance-wise.

I just got the mailer from Ford suggesting I come in for a 50,000 maintenance appointment. A few questions regarding this:

*What exactly do they do during this? It wasn't mentioned in the mail and I can't find it online.

*Do you all suggest taking it in to Ford for this even though many of the parts may not be stock? (I'm not mechanically inclined so I won't be doing a lot of maintenance on my own)

*If I do take it in, are there things I should emphasize they DO NOT do?

I'm aware they won't touch the 4x4 system and already have a local shop picked out to do the 50k mile maintenance on that system.

If you can get your hands on the owners manual it should tell you. At best I think they might change the coolant and maybe the trans fluid. There is also an injector service that they do. If you don't have a warranty, then don't sweat it too much. Plus you may have just voided warranty anyway. Just have the shop that did your bulletproofing do those things if you feel the need.
