Ford Regional Service Rep - how to contact
Anyone have experience contacting a regional rep here in California to escalate to, how do you go about it? Having a bad couple weeks with North Bay Santa Cruz Dealer. Main issue - van has had ~20 P0299 faults in the past year, they could not find anything, charging me $300+ for their effort, say turbos are not covered under warranty, could be the air filter, poor maintenance. Even denied that Ford has had turbo issues on the 6.0 at one point, un-fing believable. Had to pay need the van back.
