I should qualify my statement.... I should have said all XLT wagons. I don't think it was standard on all XL wagons.

No, I'm not a tech (although I do work at a shop and fill in as backup doing repairs as needed). But I'm on my second E350 van, and I've done a lot of research as part of setting it up how I want.
