Anyway, there were a few dudes out there mixing cement in buckets by hand and laying it down on the cliff side road….brutal. When we left, one of them was passed out in the shade of the mountain side with his feet sticking out into the road right at a sharp turn, his buddy assured me he was at least alive. Not my rig. The way they build the concrete roadbeds is amazingly simple and works fairly well for the limited amount of traffic they get.
