Oh yes! 5Star is getting 120HP from a basic tune, crazy #s for a NA gasser. I plan to add a whipple charger too. Should get up north of 600hp.

We'll build as many flat beds as guys are willing to buy! Would love to see more builds like this.

Well, it wasn't supposed to be DRW! I think when we selected 4.56 gears it bumped us up to the higher GVRW and DRW. This axle is going to work for me, it's .5" wider than V4s current Sterling with 2" spacers. I just have to get new wheels, no big deal.

Here's an intro video about what I'm doing. Check out my IG and facebook for a little burnout video! And, it sounds SOOOOO GOOOD with no muffler!

My engine is starting to quit and the repairs needed are more than just getting a 5.4 crate. I was contemplating this, also search over the f150 forums and apparently it will fit even a mustang. I wonder what kind of issues are you running into and if you think the 7.3 would mount to a 2002 e350 for what you see under the hood

Godzilla engine + E85 fuel + super charger (20 lbs of boost) = 1015 HP and 988 lb-ft of torque at the crank.

Why does this have to happen. I already have too many ways to pour money into the van shaped hole in my driveway. Now this. Look for a cutaway? Do I move my chassis over? Order a fiberglass? Find a donor and head to CCV? TOO MANY COOL THINGS!

I understand your thinking! I can't imagine the transmissions and transfer case mods that would be needed to handle this power though.

A 2021 E350 cutaway with the 7.3, a U Joint 4x4 conversion, and a minimod ambulance body is my current favorite daydream project. All I want of the box is the shell, so that part is pretty reasonably priced for a used box that I can strip down. Chris, how much is a new cutaway? And how do I make SURE I don't get a dually? :^) I can't find the "build" section on the Ford website for a E350 cab/chassis.

From some quick searching, I think a new cutaway will be in the $40K ballpark. Dually vs SRW, I'm not sure.

Probably not too crazy. The 6R140 is rated for 1400ft-lb input torque. Tcase is pretty heavy duty too.

I would have zero reservations about the trans and t-case. The engine shows a lot of promise but longevity at that power level hasn't been proven yet. And the cost to get there...ooof.
