It’s a diesel products upgraded oil cooler, in the stock location, my bad.
That looks like the OEM upgraded cooler which is simply the same cooler originally spec'd by International but with an extra row of cooling fins. Probably just sourced by Diesel Products. Either way, personally I'm not a proponent of the $2000 BPD oil cooler. It's a solution in search of a problem.
