I did a quick adjust of mine this weekend, but didn't have the time to do it properly (jack up the rear and snug up until you can't spin the wheel, then back off a little). I used that old bent screwdriver I had from years gone by and just flipped the little star wheel until I hit resistance then backed off some. Seems to have helped, but I still need to figure out how to take up some of the slack out of the cable. I can't seem to locate where to do that (but didn't spend that much time looking). I have to push the pedal quite a ways down to get full engagement.

End result was an improvement. I'll spend more time on it when I find the time though.
