Performance / Mileage chips?

I read on the forum about "Mike's" performance upgrades [chip] but can't find the link again. Can anyone help me out?

It would be for a 2003 Ford E-350 5.4 V8 Any advice would be appreciated.

Mike at 5 Star built a tune for my past van with a 5.4. He did a great job and I was very happy with the job he did. That said I think my mileage increase was .5 MPG. For me the best improvement was transmission strategy changes. We kept the trans locked up much more than stock and locked out overdrive when tow haul was engaged. If I was trying to pay for the tune and tuner with money saved at the pump I would have had to drive a ton o miles!
