Vincent, Those tires are about 34.3" tall and your Van has the 3.54 gear ratio (so the engine may struggle a little on uphill travel - also depends on how much weight you will end out adding with your interior 'build'). Personally I'd go with 4:10 or 4:30 gears, but that would also be another expense.
You'll be fine, just may end up in the 'slower lane' on steep hills.
Do you know which transmission you have - E40D or 4R100? It is possible your doner Van had the 4R100 (Ford transitioned in '97 so it could have had either one).

315 tires, 3.54 and relatively stock 7.3is going to be very disappointing.

We have 285(32.7), 3.73 and Hydra chipped 7.3. The original gearing was 3.54(3.55 actually). Changed to the 3.73's and it has been okay but there are times I feel 4.10 would better.

The 7.3 really likes to turn around 1,800 to 2,000 rpm at cruising speed. For our combination that is around 68 to 74 mph which is a tad higher than what feels comfortable. Often, I am at 63 mph which aerodynamically and fuel mileage is manageable. That puts rpm's closer to 1,720 and below where the 7.3 is happiest. Exhaust Gas Temp management and downshifting is needed on hills since I am dropping below the power band rpms.

https://purperformance.com/p-29669-rpm-calculator.html great calculator for tire size /gear ratio's/speed. The 4r100 has a top gear ratio of .71 in overdrive.

For Vincent, he needs to decide the balance of what speed on the highways he wants vs fuel economy vs towing. Using the calculator for his specs and running around 100kmh would indicate 4.30 would be a nice gear ratio. Driving at 120kmh would point to 4.1.

It is the hills that will be the place that the 4.3 will have 7.3 spinning nicely at around 2,000 rpm / OD Off / 80kmh

Based on this video and Vincent's pictures, my guess is E4OD based on speed sensor location. But p/n or tag is the true identifier.

Vincent - did you leave the existing transmission in you ‘95 build? Or did you install the transmission from your ‘97 van? If you DID NOT swap the transmission then it would be the E40D.

1997 was a transition year for E4OD to 4R100. Officially 1998 model year vans received the 4R100. Early to mid year 1997 models would very likely have the E4OD.

Felix had this all covered - sorry for the repetition!!

I put the box of the 97, these are the photos on it and as said 1st I do not have the sensor on the top of the box so it must be an E40D like the box that I had on the 95
I'll have to modify it then

You should not have to modify anything - your ‘95 had the E40D, and from your last ‘post’ it sounds like the ‘97 also had the E40D. Should be a direct replacement.
